WORKSHOPS

The focus of Lillian Carlandʼs art adult workshops is to engage group of participants in the creative process while teaching solid skills in drawing and painting.

The workshops are conducted in the artist's studio and they are for absolute beginners and continuing artists over 7 week semesters. They could also be for students preparing to enter tertiary art schools.

The class numbers are limited to a maximum of 12 students per workshop. The groups are small so that each student receives adequate attention and develops an individual style.

If the participant reaches a high standard technically or in terms of content, he/she could be referred to an exhibiting art gallery in Melbourne for a possible show. Also, the group will aim at having one group exhibition in 2010.
