Purchase of Artwork

* 1. The listed price for art work excludes insurance, packing, freight and shipping fees. The Purchaser shall be liable for these fees and any applicable taxes (collectively as “Purchase Price”). The Purchaser may contact Lillian Carland for a quotation prior to making any purchases.
* 2. Lillian Carland shall dispatch the purchased artwork to the Purchaser within 10 days of receipt of Purchase Price from the Purchaser.
* 3. Lillian Carland makes no representations or warranties in relation to the likeness of the original artwork to the artwork image displayed on this site. There may be slight variations (colours etc) between the original artwork and the artwork image displayed on this site as may be expected due to different screen resolutions and display settings.
* 4. Purchasers are advised to choose artwork carefully as no returns or refunds will be provided.
