This is the large format work inspired by the transavantgardia movement in Italy of the seventies and eighties. This work is especially honors the artist Mimmo Palladino, whose creativity, execution and style are unmatchable. This imagery, while telling the story of the fears of a child, is, at the same time, paying respect to the Australian original land owners, the Aboriginal peoples, their dream time iconography and traditions as well as their traumatic past.
